I made an appointment one week ago in person to have brake service. I was told to drop off the truck at 0730 and could pick it up later in the morning. I returned at 1030. The truck was right where I left it. No work had been done. The person in the office said they didn't know anything about it but I could make another appointment. Very disappointing. I'll take it somewhere else.

Set up an appointment on Monday for that Friday and let the mechanic know that it was my air conditioning compressor. Real simple fix couple hours no big deal he told me to bring it in Friday morning first thing in the morning. So I assume that they'll get to it that day made my appointment called them at 8 when they opened to let them know that I had dropped the truck off and the keys were in it. Again I let them know that it was the air conditioning compressor that was bad. Call them back at noon to see if they had made any progress on the truck and they hadn't looked at it yet but they said they get to it. So I get off work at 3:30 get there about 4 and they've got it in the shop pulled in. I sit and wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes before the guy comes in and says that it's the air conditioning compressor and that they can't work on it today. So I had to bring it back in on the following Monday. Why set an appointment with me if you can't make the appointment. And keep it for 8 hours just to tell me what I had told them when I brought the truck in. And it turns out they charged me that day for the labor it cost them to tell me what I told them when I brought it in. I will not be going back to the shop
