Very trust worthy and they stand behind their work. Sometimes its worth waiting for quality and peace of mind.
Got a car after a month of it being in the shop. They didn’t check for break leaks and the car had a break leak as soon as we got it back. They also did not put back on the slave cylinder cap. At the time I thought it was a break fluid cap but I called them to tell them this and they essentially said I was a liar. This is so unprofessional to not even hear out a customer who paid you. They asked us why we hadn’t called immediately, because we had been out of town where our car had immediately leaked all the break fluid and we had to continuously fill it up for the next few day’s.
I have used them twice. First, I had something wrong with my oil seal or something. Initially we thought the issue was much worse and way more expensive, but once Supreme Auto checked further, they were honest with the issue and it ended up being much less expensive. They did a great job in a very timely manner! Then I had to get brakes, bearings, and rotors... my car drives like it is brand new. I'm very pleased!!
Alternator went out on my vehicle and they were able to squeeze me in and I got my car back that afternoon. Mike and Andy do an awesome job they've been working on my cars for 12 years now.
