My wife was on vacation and had car trouble. She took it into Ultimate Ford and talked to Jay. Long story short, Jay and his team diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had Shelly on her way. Not only that, but the price was very, very reasonable. Lastly, he asked my wife to give him a call once she returned back to Colorado to ensure she made it home back safely. Now that is customer service! Thanks Jay!!!
Service dept is top rated, nice comfortable waiting area with bottled water,vending machines and TV. Check out the new Bronco for 2021,in a magazine of course, fast,efficient service and quality care.

I recently was on vacation at Norfork Lakeke when my a/c went out on my 2015 F250. Being out of town I was in a bind. I looked up Ford dealerships and found Ultimate Ford.
