At the time of my appointment, they were ready for me. Kept me informed while they worked on my car. Wonderful staff and pleasant waiting room with coffee and bottled water. When I left started to go to a car wash as when I arrived my car was dirty. Realized as I drove out that it was nice and clean. They had it washed before returning it to me. Great surprise! And much appreciated! Thank you, Kent Chevy, glad you are my dealer.
