Gresham Toyota

We have been using Gresham Toyota's service department for several years now after moving here. This was our fist vehicle bought from Gresham Toyota, and could not be any more impressed. Kim was our sales representative and did an outstanding job. She listened to what we wanted and was not pushy at all. Even after we changed our minds several times. In the end we bought a vehicle which we feel will last for years. Not only will the vehicle last for years, but so will our continued business with Gresham Toyota. I personally would recommend purchasing with Kim and Gresham Toyota.

We just had such an amazing car buying experience here! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and professional. We worked with Aimee, and she was absolutely the best! The whole process was straight forward, they were very clear on exactly what we were paying, fees, etc. No secrets or hidden fees, probably the least stressful car buying experience ever. Came in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They did exactly what was requested, didn't try to sell me a car or unneeded maintenance. I appreciated how quick it was. I would give this a A+ interaction. The receipt and work done was a nice feature, helped me feel comfortable about the work being done. Also I liked the text updates. Will definitely be coming back for more repairs. I have always liked dealership mechanics better, they seem like they know that specific car models better. Thor Johnson did a great job, thank you!

Kim was very helpful and personable. We appreciated her willingness to walk out on the lot to show us multiple vehicles. She was very knowledgeable about features on each model.nWe were treated well by all employees we had contact with. We also appreciate the service that we will receive after the purchase down the road. Having worked in customer service , and owning a business, we really appreciate great customer service.

A note to share how satisfied we were with the experience at Gresham Toyota. They made us feel valued and truly appreciated our business. Adrian was very helpful and experienced. A seasoned salesperson with over 15 years. He knows how to treat customers and worked hard and creatively leaving no stone unturned to try to meet our comfort level to complete a purchase of an Highlander Hybrid. Working alongside Tony and with completion of documents in a clear and concise way without pressure from Jonathan in the business office, made the entire experience a pleasant one.
