Troy, Daniel, and Kent are great! They took time out of a busy day unloading trailers to show us the ins and outs of the Jumping Jack we had investigated online. I worked with Troy on the purchase of a car trailer. It was a very pleasant experience. No pressure and no hassles. We talked on the phone more than once before I traveled to his dealership. He was very responsive, answered my questions, and sent me build sheets of different trailers. I traveled to his dealership and Troy gave me one on one attention and answered all of my questions.
