My service advisor Keith was great. Took care of me and answered all my questions really well. The place is very clean and well kept. Nice open waiting room with coffee. That’s always welcome.

Pat was very inviting and helpful. When I asked him to find me something specific he willing took my info and said he would be in touch. In a few days he had exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t make it in when he was working so Art gracefully took over. Him and Gary were excellent and I felt we were able to come to an agreement on a fair price. I had one minor complaint with a dead key fob and I came in a few days later and Art replaced the battery no problem. This was the most seamless and easiest car buying experience I’ve had and the best vehicle I’ve ever driven. Thanks!nnUpdate three months later- the engine in the three year old Jeep Compass is failing. Apparently it’s a known issue. Ok no problem it’s under warranty. The service department here is a joke. I was so happy with the sales department and was even considering buying new tires here but not after the experience I’ve had and I still don’t have a new engine. I’m going to have to call Jeep myself and find out where else I can go. I’ve left several messages for Kelsey because apparently she’s the only one who can help me. Even the service manager just tells me I have to speak to Kelsey. It’s ridiculous when I needed to bring my car back for the follow up to see if indeed the engine was failing no one could just write my name on the schedule. I had to talk to Kelsey. Now that we’ve finally determined that the engine is failing she said I would have a new engine by that next Tuesday or Wednesday. It’s now Thursday I cannot get ahold of Kelsey to save my life. I haven’t heard one peep from her after calling every single day. I’m going on a road trip next week and would prefer not to take a vehicle where the engine is failing. This is the poorest example of customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I thought I had a major leak in my 2019 Chrysler 300's right front wheel. I got a quick and convenient appointment, The Service department was polite and professional. The Tech went over the right wheel well and the under carriage and determined that my issue was not coming from my car. That I must have ran over some grease on the road. They cleaned up the grease and and returned my car cleaner than when I brought it in. The news really put my mind at ease and again, I'm very satisfied for going to Gresham Dodge. And Thanks to all in the service department!.
