Cost less Auto Sales

This dealer is a con artist! Please believe me. I went to purchase a truck. He didn't have the title which is illegal to put a car on lot without it in hand. My bank approved the loan but wanted to wait on the title. And he sold the truck from under me when he promised me it was my truck soon as the title arrived. He claimed to be aan of God but lied to my face over and over about words he said! This is not a trustworthy person and I'll be contacting the dmv state patrol and better business bureau to see the legal action I can take but trust me don't deal with these people. They are dishonest and believe in greed over loyalty
