Dwayne and all his staff at Blue Dog RV were great to work with. They knew what we were in there for and didn't try to waste any of our time on anything else. Very kind, genuine individuals. Called the scheduling person to reschedule a service time. Called Wednesday 08 19 20 left message as required because they were busy and will call u back Waited Wednesday no return call Thursday no return call. Friday late morning called again got thru to parts department left a message with a parts person , he would give Message to scheduler and have her call back when she was done with customer. Friday no return call. Saturday no return call . One thing for sure the Meaning of customer service should be removed from the business . I spent 8 years as a service writer and scheduler for a Rv business in Bend. The owners would not tolerate not calling a customer back. No excuse!
I was very impressed by the knowledgeable team at BlubDog RV Troutdale. Very friendly staff. Very clean facility. Lots of options to choose from. Hope to do business with them soon.
