I bought a new GTI 90 with extended warranty from J and J in May 2018. I needed service the next year due to a part failure. I went back to J and J in Henderson, AR only to discover thay had moved several miles down the road. I went by there several times only not find the store locked. They never answer the phone, and I was told by neighbors that they don’t even have a technician. I had to take my SeaDoo 60 miles to another dealer for service. (240 miles of driving two round trips) I have been back to J and J several times and they are never open. If you are in the Mountain Home area, don’t even bother dealing with them. Go someplace else if you want a SeaDoo.

Dont buy from jack sr or jack jr. They make promises they wont keep. Bought a boat took it out everything seemed great got it home it leaks water bad. They threw in a seat had a tear with a promise that they would send me a new one 3 months later no new seat after couple phone calls. Bought the boat after i handed them the cashiers check ohhhh we cant find the title to the motor we will order new one i was like ok because they seemed to be good folk but 3 months later after phone calls still no title. So since i need a title to to fish my local lake i have to have a special sticker i cant use my boat localy i have to drive hours to fish. So i basiclly have a boat that sits in a garage. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.
