I was very grateful for the way that Weston Kia worked with me to secure for me a new vehicle. My representative was Rafael Hernandez who was very pleasant to work with. Everyone seemed to be truly excited for me when I secured my new vehicle. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience. The management and financial officer worked with me to assist me in getting the monthly payments on my financing I wanted. I would refer others to Weston Buick Kia.

Everything was perfect with Scott B.nSmooth dealing, nice guy. He went out of his way to help, and he did.nOne bad thing, nothing to do with Scott, For the money i spent it didn't come with a Cargo Shade, I thought that was pretty silly not to get me one for the back of the Buick Envision. That being said, I bought a new car at Weston in 1997 (BUICK CENTURY) From a person named Mark, Very good People, and I will continue to buy from Weston Kia. Thank You So Much. Keith Bailey

I originally visited Weston Kia just to price shop for a 2020 Kia Sorento, but after interacting with Daniel Jefferson, I changed my mind and made the purchase that day. Daniel was extremely personable, professional & I believe he truly had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend purchasing a car from him. He was outstanding!!

I stopped in after work to look at options for a new vehicle. My last purchase was a 2010 Kia Forte and has been a good reliable car for ten years and was purchase elsewhere. Considering how well I liked my Forte I thought this would be a good place to start now that I live on this side of town. I prepared before stopping at the dealership by checking my credit and talking with my bank about financing options and have a good idea of what I can afford. When I arrived I was not greeted at all. After walking around for about 15 minutes a lady approached me and asked why I was walking around the lot. I informed her I was interested in a new vehicle and was hoping to see what they had to offer. She then told me she would get someone to help me. Once the sales rep arrived he was very short and rude to me (almost like he felt I was a waist of his time). He did not seem one bit interested in what I was looking for and proceeded to talk down to me as he showed me cars he felt I should be looking at. After insisting that the models he was showing me were not what I was looking for he took me to his desk and started to run the numbers to find out what I could afford. While he was inputting my I formation I notice he was filling out a form for auto financing with a much higher interest rate then my bank was offering me. I told him I was not interested in financing through the dealership and had made other arrangements with my bank and for the like 6th time told him my price range I wanted to stay in (I have a price range of 30k so I have a fair bit of options when looking at used cars). At this point he became more aggressive about financing through the dealership and I ended the interaction. I am still looking around for my next vehicle but I know I won't be buying it from here.
