I placed an online order on Oct. 7 and received a shipping notification on Oct. 8, which did not include tracking info. The next week went by with no signs of the package. I sent an email through their site which gained no response. Called on Oct. 20, only to find out that they never actually shipped it and didn’t have any reason why. They shipped it the next day and it arrived today, Oct. 25.nnPackage arrived and the can of paint has no nozzle on top to spray with. Not doing business with them again. Taking 2 weeks to ship it with zero communication efforts on their part to reach out to me as to why, did not leave a good first impression on me.

I’m so proud in this American company, yes if you wanna do touch up to your car you must check them out, the color they match for your car paint is 100% it matches your car paint color, And I we’ll say the coustmer service is one of the greatest in the USA and the world , i really do appreciate this amazing company and I recommend for any car project you go through, thanks so much R&E and god bless you all.

The only place that I order paint from for my BMW. Shipping is fast and paint lays down nicely. Painted my new M3 bumper and color match was exceptional. Pricing can't be beat.

I ordered vapor protection supplies for a spray painting project. I requested and paid for FedEx overnight shipping, but the order was accidentally shipped USPS first class. I contacted R&E, and within 30 minutes they arranged to ship out another set of what I ordered FedEx overnight at no additional charge.nnI'm overjoyed with their response, particularly since I'm not a shop, just a dude working on a project in his garage, and also because respirator supplies are almost impossible to come by during the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend doing business with R&E.
