I have been shopping for a vehicle for over a month. I wanted to buy local, but was getting too much of a run around from local dealerships. Alan answered all of my questions, was to the point, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Most of the transaction was completed over the phone so trading in and picking up was easy. Worth the drive. Finance manager was great as well! Overall great experience.

Had a problem with a tire and called Ultimate even though I drive a Mercedes, Lindsey said bring it in at 10 the next day. Checked tire and couldn't find issue, she suggested leaving it in their shop overnight, which I did. Still didn't find an issue. Funny I haven't had a problem with tire since. There was no charge for the excellent service I received. Lindsey was super. If I have any other issues, I will definitely check with Ultimate first.

I was there on black Friday wo an appointment from out of town they took the time to be sure my car was safe to drive home no charge and did it right away. They have a great service team that care about people I would use them again if I lived in mountain home area.

I was told that for another $350 I would have extended warranty on my electrical up to 100,000 miles. Had problems with my cruise control not working when my vehicle had 62,000 miles on it. Called & was told it was only covered up to 60,000. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They're all about the money. Will NEVER do business with these Jokers ever again. I suggest going to the dodge dealership in Harrison.
