My family and I rented a motor home from Great Escapes over the week of Thanksgiving and it made our vacation perfect. The RV was very clean and ran great the whole trip. Chris Fry and the staff at Great Escape were amazing. They were quick to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns. They even made a video to help answer questions that might come up during the trip. We would definitely recommend Great Escapes to anyone wanting to rent an RV.
From the beginning I was treated very well with my concerns being number one to them. Everyone I had the pleasure of talking to was very kind and found the information that I needed in the process of the repair. One of my slides on the camper was not working and I could not get it closed. I called Great Escapes RV and they helped me find someone that gave mobile service that came out and helped me get it closed. I got the camper out to their service department and by the next morning they had a qualified technician on it. They kept in close touch with me as to what was going on and the repairs that needed to be done and made sure the job got completed quickly! They helped in getting everything that was covered through my warranty approved quickly. I have looked at their large selection of campers before and found that they are very competitive. I will only go to Great Escapes RV from now on and I would not hesitate to tell any of my friends or family about their first class operation. The folks at Great Escapes RV Supercenter are wonderful to work with and the customer service they offer prior, during and after the sale is top notch. If you are looking for a camper or RV or needing some parts or work done on your existing camper or RV these guys are ready to fix you up. Great products , great service and great people.
