I had work done at Great Escapes and the work lasted 6 months. Brought my fifth wheel to Ideal for a redo. Great quality of work, done on time, and reasonable price. Can't ask for anything more.

we had a horrible experience after buying a TT from a large competitor of Ideal RV. after having many problems at this other RV dealership, I was at my witts end and called Ideal RV, they were so professional and even helped us get our RV back after being at the other dealership for over 3 months and still not being fixed.nLarry was patient and kind and gave me step by step instructions on how to get my trailer back and also how to transfer further warranty work to Ideal RV. I wish we would have liked at their units before going to the big RV place out towards Gassville.
