Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock and Marina Services

The houseboats are wonderful to rent. I recommend extra padding with the sleeping accommodations. Otherwise, the houseboat was an amazing adventure. Everyone at the marina was great to work with. We even brought water toys and had no issues with launching and parking trailers. What a great experience. Thank you!

We were able to reserve a pontoon boat on short notice that would accommodate our large group. When we arrived late for pickup, they worked with us so we didn’t lose out on any time.nThere happened to be an issue with the boat motor when we were done and they sent out a guy to help us out on the water. It was a fantastic experience and absolutely excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. The price was great. The people were great. The service was great. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend to others.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rented a small bass boat for a few days and had quite a bit of fun. Wished we would have caught more fish but still fun. Staff at the boat dock are very nice and helpful! Even the bathrooms were very clean.

Rented a pontoon and it lacked the power to pull a tube so I called and Ashley was nice enough to let us upgrade to a deck boat that performed worse than the pontoon. A 150 Mercury outboard should have no problem pulling a tube. We took boat back early and informed the bald headed guy that was now working about the poor performance and he said he would have maintenance look at it and still charged me full price for the rental. I also mentioned that the boat DID NOT have a fire extinguisher on board. This is a pretty major violation I am sure. Had the motor caught fire, it could have been real bad. Boat fires happen quite frequently. Especially when the motor is performing poorly I'm sure. I have no problem paying full price as long as the boat is 100 percent. Something was wrong with this boat and paying full price for the rental was unacceptable. I paid anyway.nWhen I paid, I used my Amex card and the numbers were written down on the ticket and entered manually. I received a fraud alert on the card this morning. Somebody used the card for a purchase on Amazon. Bullshoals Lake Boat Dock was the only place this card was used while on vacation. And just so coincidently the numbers were written down on rental ticket and then entered manually. It would be very safe to say that somebody that works here who had access to the rental ticket/receipt used my credit card numbers to make a fraudulent purchase. Unacceptable.nBased off of my experience this year, I would go elsewhere to rent a boat.

Unbelievable service. Fantastically helpful staff at the Marina. Everyone was helpful and nice. Efficient too! From check in to in the water was less than an hour. On a busy weekend. Make sure your bring cash because the guys and ladies that help you deserve tips. Boat was in great shape and the jet ski we rented was in tip top shape. Very glad we went here and will be back.
