Workers can't follow instructions on orders and forget to add order when placed and even shows up on screen. Leadership needs better Leadership skills. And just want to make sure this is the McDonald's in troutdale Oregon that I'm leaving a comment on!!!!
You're typical fast food from McDonald's experience, as could be expected. $1 dollar sodas is still a nice deal
I came thru here today and ordered a #2 and a cheeseburger happy meal with fries. I asked for the fries in the happy meal to be cooked fresh and less cooked than they normally are as my wisdom teeth where pulled not long ago and they're easier to eat that way. Asked at the last window if they did it and they did not despite being told otherwise. My fries where super crunchy and definitely not fresh.Everyone seemed unhappy working there and hardly even going through the motions. Not a fan.
Service is friendly and fast. However, food is barely warm and their latte machine makes the most tepid coffee ever. Turn up the heat!
I had the chicken nuggets. They where the best that I have ever had at a McDonald's. They where even good the next day.
