Holy cow this place is slower than molasses. Someone needs to help their staffing manager. Baristas are nice and coffee is good once you’re done waiting 30 minutes to get it.
I love getting Starbucks in the morning before my 12 hour hospital shift, but this morning was the second time that they have given me a different drink than the one I ordered, and unfortunately they’ve both been pumpkin flavored and have had to throw it out because I cant stand that flavor and haven’t had time to go back through.
It depends who you are and how you are gossiped about. There are a couple of baristas who are great yet baristas also rotate often. I've been coming consistently for a couple of years. Today I waited 20 minutes to pick up my own curbside pickup when it should have been 7. I went inside and the baristas served others who came in after me their drink while mine sat on the table. I am done with this corporation and this location. I have contacted corporate. There is no point of curbside pickup if I can park and order my coffee in-store. This ain't Cheers and ain't gourmet coffee for what you pay
If you are going here, as I have on several occasions, be sure to go to the drive through. The folks inside are going to take forever to notice you let alone take your order. When they finally acknowledge your presence after being the ONLY person in there for a solid 10 minutes just waiting for the mobile order clearly visible ready behind the counter. Quite rude, tbh.nnIn the drive through though, its a whole different ball game and that team is great.nnNever ever had a bad experience like this Sunday morning at any other location so it's like yeah I'll not be coming inside this one ever again. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♂ufe0f
