Bought Ranger/trailer together for $13,000 in late 2012. Paid for TREATED lumber when trailer was built there. However, the wood rotted out in 5 years (obviously not treated). Dropped off to assess and replace. They have this thing where the old man who works the phone won't let you talk to his son (who does the work), all the while he assured me the price would not exceed $300, and the absolute possible max (total) would be $475. When I tried to tell them I will come get the trailer, they claimed they already ripped all of the wood out. Ended up being $500. I just paid for it and left, I don't have time to fight them. I thought buying everything there and taking there for Ranger servicing multiple times would have resulted in better customer service and loyalty. Will NEVER go back there again for absolutely anything. Go to Little Rock instead like everything else.
Only gave them a one star so I could leave a review. Poor customer service!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN & WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER POLARIS. We have had nothing but problems with ours.
