5 stars! Went in with a gun that wasn't working properly and the gun Smith fixed it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about firearms and even saved me money that I thought I would have to spend. Mack's is an awesome store with very helpful employees. Thank you for your help today!

Placed an order for some hunting gear over the phone staff was very friendly, shipped very quick, was very pleased. I received the order and put my items together and ended up having issues with parts breaking. Contacted manufacturer customer service and got absolutely no assistance in replacing simple parts and was directed to contact point of purchase so I called up Mack’s again and staff was very helpful and happy to send out the parts with no hesitation. I will be ordering more from Mack’s and will recommend to anyone that asks.

Would give ZERO stars if possible! After successfully purchasing three firearms without a problem and great customer service I decided to place another order. They took my money in good faith and I used the exact same payment method and shipping. I got an email stating my order was cancelled by their processor. I called and was assured it was their error and they would fix and ship next day. They promised that they would hold my order till this was resolved. Four days later I call again and was told my email was not sufficient, then that I needed to order with a different server and other excuses. A rude supervisor finally interrupted the call and told me they changed payment processors but had no idea what the issue was. They also had not kept their word to retain the items I ordered. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Does not keep their word.
