Stay away unless you like to get fleeced. Had appt for simple sensor replacement. Waited in waiting area for 3 hours and they told me im ready, i got the bill for 279.00 for looking. no repairs. The lady told me we dont do repairs unless we notifiy the customer first. I was about ten steps away and no one informed me what i needed for the repair. Also 279.00 to put on diagnostic and then not repair it. wow!

I was traveling through Arkansas on my way home in Florida when I had a problem with my 2019 F450 Super Duty, I called Petrus Ford, it was just before closing, Iwas immediately scheduled for 8:00 am the next morning. Less than two hours later I was back on the road and am now back home in Florida. Petrus employees were very caring professional people who were not to busy to help a stranger in need. .

Great honest and dependable dealership. We’ve always bought our vehicle at Petrus. We just recently purchased one in Little Rock and it was the biggest learning experience in my life. Don’t make the same mistake Petrus is the go to place!
