Produce section was not organized and alot of the produce looked like it was about to go bad.

The Columbia City, IN - Aldi Store is kept clean, organized, aisles are kept clutter-free, all the employees are so helpful & kind as well as pleasant to talk to & they go out of their way to make sure you find everything you are looking for. The grocery carts do cost a quarter, & you will need to pay beforehand for the cart & return it to the same place after you are done shopping to get your .25¢ back, or you can pay it forward & leave it in the cart for the next person. You will need to bring your own bags/containers with you & bag your own groceries just know it is well worth it, maybe a bit more time consuming but not by much. If you happen to forget your own bags sometimes you can find leftover boxes to utilize, or they also have nice Aldi bags available to purchase for a very little amount of change. You save so much $$ even if you only go for staple items like: milk, eggs, butter/margarine, bread, etc., you’ll be saving a lot of $. The store is smaller & I personally love this feature because I am not a fan of giant stores where you have to walk a mile just to find one item! I love their salad dressings, croutons, milk & dairy products including yogurts, cheeses, choices of salads, both organic & non organic veggies & fruits, breads, paper goods, some freezer items like mozzarella cheese sticks, many name brand items to choose from, their fresh meats & frozen hamburger patties, fruit & orange juices, they even have seasonal items such as certain plants & fresh cut flowers. If you are a wine lover they offer all types of wines, & alcoholic beverages to choose from as well. I’ve not purchased any of the pet items, baby items, or miscellaneous laundry needs. Go check out your local Aldi store, & see for yourself. They have convenient hours too!

Very clean, nice organized store. Staff is always super friendly and happy to help you with answers to questions. Great prices and nice people everytime I've been!
