Viking Storage

I utilized a facility here for about 4.5 months and paid upfront. It required a $60 deposit. No problem. The unit I had was clean.nnAfter I was finished cleaning unit, I went up the office, and it was closed. First thing on Monday morning, which happened to be the 1st, I went into their office to let them know it was vacated over the weekend. The young lady stated my deposit would be in the mail after someone returned to the office.nnAfter a few months of waiting and a few unreturned messages to Steve (manager or owner), I decided to write an email to them. With a quick response, which was nice, it was stated that since I moved out on the 1st, I was no longer entitled to my deposit. I called them for clarification, and sure enough, even though they were closed, I was not entitled to my deposit back. I wouldn't recommend using this Storage facility.. A sad example of poorly conducted business...

I was put in a rough position in life && needed a storage unit quickly due to current circumstances in life. I called a couple of local storage units in Columbia City, but I either didn't get a call back or they couldn't help me out right away. Lucky, I called Viking Storage unit && thankfully the owner answered my phone call and got me a unit that day! Let me say, I've had a storage unit in the past, and I had a HORRIBLE experience with dirtiness, flooding, the owner was rude & refused to give me my deposit back. Thankful for Viking Storage Unit, the units are very clean, customer service has always been kind and met my needs as a customer would want. A big thankful for helping me out, and being a single mom the prices are really affordable. It's worth it knowing I don't gotta worry about my stuff getting ruined. Thanks Viking Storage Unit!
