Papa John's Pizza

Papa Johns never fails... They’re always super good and amazing with their food.

I have always received great service here. The food is really good and the staff is very friendly. My favorite pizza the Philly steak cheese.

Through placing the order online, the food being prepared and the delivery of my food...All was excellent!!!

My girlfriend ordered the 3 topping special for us. In all honesty, her mistake, she didn't realize she needed to customize the pizza and add the toppings. We called 2 minutes later, as she immediately realized she didn't add the toppings. They were not willing to offer any kind of option to get the toppings put on. Fair enough, it was our mistake, but it's not like we went to pick the pizza up and noticed it then. My biggest issue is, if we ordered a 3 topping special, why wouldn't they call and ask if we meant to order just cheese on a 3 topping special?? When she called back they didn't care at all, and told her they wouldn't credit anything back. At the end we paid $19 for a large cheese pizza...I feel they could have at least tried to offer an ounce of customer service...it was an honest mistake

We love the Columbia city Papa John's. Its always clean and everyone is super friendly. The pizza is superb with the butter garlic sauce! Deal prices are always a great bonus!
