I’m so pleased with this place! Being new to the area I was a little hesitant to try a new salon. But, I am so happy I gave Brooke and Co a shot. Beautiful and clean salon. Kim was amazing. Such a kind person who really listened to my wants in a hair style and color. She was on time and truly so sweet to chat with. Going back next month! Can’t wait! ud83dude0a

I have been to Brook &Co three times now and I have always wanted to like them. My first visit I waited for over a half hour past my appointment time before I was called back by my stylist. The second two times were in the past two weeks when I went in to get my hair done for family photos. My hair was a very light platinum blonde, with a bit of outgrowth that was also relatively light blonde. I brought reference photos and essentially wanted a blonde balayage to add some depth and dimension to my hair. I left a brunette with silver ends. I’m a very non confrontational person so I decided maybe it would just take some getting used to. However over the next couple days it was more and more obvious I couldn’t live with my hair the way it was. I contacted the salon and was told I would have to pay for the bowls of color to have it fixed. After expressing my displeasure at this policy and the fact that I had already spent upwards of $160 on my hair I was told to come in and the correction service would be covered. I told them everything i didn’t like about my hair. That I wanted to be a BLONDE like I came in as. They essentially toned the gray out of my ends and made the top a little less red. My hair is still very very dark. Not blonde at all. When I contacted Brook about still not being happy, I was told it was toner and that it would fade. So i guess I’m supposed to live unhappily with my hair until I can afford another $200 service at a new salon, because it’s been 2 weeks and there has been zero lightening. I wish i could include pictures here because it is honestly just laughable that this is supposed to pass as blonde or anything close to what I came in asking for. I feel like I wasted 6 hours of my life and $200. The only redeeming factor is the clean environment and the Aveda products.
