Dropped a script off over an hour ago told them we were going to wait for it. Well 2 hrs later finally! Ya your best bet is to go to another pharmacy. Not impressed.
Never answer the phone been on hold now for almost an hour
Just plain RUDE. To me and my doctors office.. I changed to Huntington store.
The staff in general seems pretty good here, but that was when they had better management. I have a beef with the current manager Tammy. She seems rude every time I stop in to shop, won't answer questions about prices, and will never open up a cash register when the lines are long. I also hear she tries to short change the floating associates on their gas mileage through one of the pharmacy staff there. 5 star store without her there. 1 star with her there. Taking my business to Walgreens because of this.
What a waste of time. I took over 4 hours to fill a prescription, I don’t mind a wait, but when I’m told 1 hour to get it filled, and then come back told another 30 min. After waiting an hour called back in because of the 20 min drive they said they couldn’t tell me when it would be done. The people are very unproffesional and very rude. I will defiantly be changing pharmacy’s.
