I broke down 20 miles away from their shop. Smith towed me to them, and they gave me a rough estimate that day, and called back with a lower amount. Got me up and running in the time they estimated. I got quoted $275 to reseal my hpop on my 7.3. They did the work fairly quickly, but I got charged $500 because of the vehicle age (2002) they knew the age of the vehicle from the beginning. Not even 2 weeks later my truck is pouring out oil from the hpop that they just fixed. I give them a call to try and work something out and I even offered to pay to have other work done. I called atleast 3 times to figure something out and get my truck in but I keep getting the run around. I have a fleet of trucks and my mechanic just retired so I wanted to give my local shop a shot and they blew it. I definitely don't reccomend.

I’m very picky on who I trust to work on my truck so after good reviews from people I trust. I got in contact with quality for an estimate. After talking with Brian and his wife I knew they were people I could trust and be happy to have work on my truck. They helped me out and at a fair price, kept me updated on the progress, and did great work. I will definitely recommend them to others and become a returning customer for anything major.

The owner is one of the most honest people I have ever known. Very good people.
