Bart's Car Store

I can't say enough about what a great experience it was to deal with Bart's Car Store in Columbia City. My salesman was Ryan. He treated me right from start to finish, handling every detail and making sure I was completely satisfied. I'm very happy with the Chevy Silverado Hybrid. Very nice truck and it's actually more truck than I expected to buy. The business and Title experts were fast and did not keep me waiting. Thank you Ryan and the entire team at Bart's Car Store.

This review is about my salesman. I have only had the car 8 hours so I can not rate the car. But the Dealership and my Salesman Alec Lomont were a great. Alec was very friendly. I had talked to him the night before. He had the car pulled up to the front waiting for me. He was very timely and anwsered all my questions. He was also not pushy about making a sale. This is always nice. I will write another review in a few weeks on how the car is doing.

I would like to give a big shout out to Josh Stephenson and his crew for the great service they gave my daughter and I. We absolutely love our new rides. My SUV, Ricardo Traverse, rides as smooth as butter! Thanks so much again! WE WILL BE BACK!!!! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I am a senior citizen, grandmother of 3 and also have 1 great grandchild. My salesman, Brandon, from the Columbia City Barts Auto lot lied to me a number of times when I bought a vehicle. Horrible way to treat a customer just to make a sale. I trusted his word but was taken advantage of. His answer to all this was basically an “oh well”. I highly recommend to avoid this company and find a reputable company that values honesty. This company does not and I wish I could give them less than one star.

I bought a truck from this place when they were still in Warsaw. Thank god that I paid by check on a Saturday morning. By Monday the transmission was making a loud noise so I paid for an inspection . They said the transmission was about to go out and that I should return the truck, but before I did I cancelled the check. The salesman laughed in my face when I returned the truck and said that I should have done a better job at inspecting before buying. I got the last laugh when I informed him that I cancelled the check. I am again looking for a truck, you can bet I wont be shopping at Bart's. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. 1 star was too much but 0 was not an option.
