Sounds like this is one of the most honest RV dealers out there. in a world where RV dealers operate like old time car dealers with all kinds of strange fees added on, there are no hidden fees here. You will not get hit with prep fees and propane fee's and such. The sales team also has good follow up and the sales manager takes calls himself.

We bought a brand new Jayco 174BH from the RV Center! I worked with Ron and did everything over the phone because I live in Indy. They were beyond helpful and had great customer service! We had to wait a long time for our Trailer to come in because of Covid delaying all productions. It was well worth the wait. Camping World had the exact trailer I wanted in stock and they were such a nightmare to work with; it was worth a wait to work with the RV center! I highly recommend them and encourage you to use them. Support your local business anyway! Will always take the 2 hour trek up north for all future needs because I am satisfied with my whole experience!

The service department is top notch, ran by Rick!! I had an experience with a Jayco warranty claim, Jayco didn’t want to step up when they knew they clearly had an AC issue. Jayco came around finally but I had to get it installed on my own. I called Rick at RV Center and he hooked me up, we got it installed and got me the reimbursement from Jayco. Rick clearly went out of his way to help out! I’ve bought campers from RV Center in the past but I moved to Kentucky and the last one I bought at Camping World, mistake. I will drive from Kentucky to RV Center from now on. You can’t control warranty items but you can control who you chose to deal with, I recommend you chose Rick and RV Center!

I have called twice to get parts ordered for my camper, both times they take my number and will have someone call me back. Have waited a month both times. Needless to say won't be calling back. Too bad because we are beginning to look for a new one. Too bad we bought our other one from them, not the same.
