City Automall

I recently was trying to purchase a truck with City Chevrolet. I've never had a salesperson try so hard to not sell me a vehicle. The truck had multiple service lights so the salesperson told me it hadn't been inspected yet and once the service department looks at it they would decide what to do with it. Well in the next two days he told me so many different stories of what is happening with the truck. It made no sense how he kept contradicting himself. So I asked him to just get me a list of what they are fixing and what they aren't. After a week I still hadn't received the list and the salesperson was just off-putting throughout the experience so I reached out to a manager and kindly explained the situation and asked for his help. I never heard anything back from the manager. This just blows my mind. I can understand the salesperson cause he was a young kid who obviously looked at this as more of a job than career. But for a manager to completely ignore a customer who is trying to spend money with the business is unacceptable. If they treat their customers this poorly when the customer wants to spend money then I can't imagine how bad it is to get any help after the sale.

My experience at City auto mall was something that I did not expect. When I arrived, before I got out of my car, a salesman named Thaddeus was there to greet me at the front of the store outside. Initially, I was there to just look at a few vehicles that I wanted to finance with my bank, which my bank was not helping me much at all. Thaddeus did help me and showed me those cars, but unfortunately, they were still going through their checks, and one was not there at all just yet. I did share with Thaddeus what my bank was doing for me, and he said that he might be able to help me get into something much newer and more reliable. Before showing me any vehicles, he sat me down and asked me some questions about what I pictured myself sitting in, and at first, I did not know.nnI wanted features such as apple car play, fuel efficiency, automatic start and so on. But overall, I just wanted a reliable car. During our time together, I enjoyed what Thaddeus talked about. Some of what we talked about had nothing to do with buying a car. Which was really nice. I feel like when you can talk to someone in a dealership and it is not all about making a sale you know you are doing business with a great person and business. He was very personal and had very high integrity to make sure I got into something that I would like.nnHe did not pressure me into buying anything. Thaddeus had one concern and that was that I was in a vehicle that I would love, and he delivered that with no question. When it got down to getting approved, he said that he was confident that he could get me an approval. I was very skeptical at first because I visited two other dealerships in Warsaw, Indiana, one being Buick-GMC of Warsaw, and the other was Toyota of Warsaw. None of them were able to get me an approval. The Toyota dealer had me approved initially, and then something went wrong, and I'm not sure what happened there.nnSo, this was the reason I was very skeptical about getting approved. But Thaddeus and his manager were very confident that they could get me an approval even with not having the best credit score. Thaddeus showed me some cars, and I did like them all. But at the time, I did not want to get too excited until I found out what the approval would be if it would happen. Long story short, Thaddeus was able to get me approved for a vehicle with the same bank that the Toyota dealership originally got me approved with, and something fell through. It is clear that City Auto mall works very hard to help with their customer’s needs. During the whole process of meeting Thaddeus and even getting to know all of the people I encountered at City auto mall, I never felt pressured to buy.nnI even ran into one issue with my down payment, and they were able to help me get it done at a reasonable agreement. Overall though, I would not even categorize this dealership as a status quo kind of dealership of just selling cars and making money. I felt like I was meeting some great people, and they were helping me buy a car. I did not feel like they were trying to make a sale and get me out. They indeed are a great dealership, and I will continue to buy from them even if I am not in the area. I would fly across the country to do business with them for sure if I would ever move.nnThanks so much, Thaddeus and City Auto Mall!

In March, during the major shut down in Michigan. We had hit a deer with my vehicle and the husband's handy dandy diesel was throwing hissy fits. He was still working and needed a vehicle that was reliable. I found his truck in January and luck have it. City Ford still had his dream truck! Called them up after searching all over my state and did every part of the deal utilizing technology; My husband finally got his brand new Ford F350! Kylee was absolutely on top of it, curious, fun, and understanding even with the distance of 3 hours.nnNovember rolls around and the dread of hitting 100k of miles on my Buick got to me. I was able to look at their inventory, pick out the car of my dreams and the deal was done in 2 days! Finance was on top of it and all the regulations going on, respected and enjoyed every part of this experience.nnMy family is so thankful for City Automall and Kylee! From small town to small town! When you go into a place to be a co signer on a loan for your stepdaughter. Then the next day you figure out that you're the primary on the loan! And they think they done nothing wrong!! shady business won't go again EVER!! Would not recommend to anyone to do business here! Talked with someone at another bank I'm not the 1st one they done this to anything to make the sell !!ud83eudd2c I even asked the guy during signing That something didn't seem right and he told me that's just the way they do it not telling me I was the primary at the time!! So how this shady place came back almost two weeks later an takes money out of my stepdaughters account said the pay off was WRONG!!!! That thay called an got!!!!
