Thaddeus is an outstanding human and salesmen. He carries himself with dignity and respects those he strives to serve. His personality shows compassion, humility, and humbleness. Thaddeus earned my business and gained my trust. Joe in finance was also outstanding and is a stand up gentleman in which I respect. Thaddeus’ manager needs to take a lesson or two on how to respect others, something he could learn from his young salesman. Unfortunately, he shows no signs of servant leadership or the ability to put others before himself. All around a great experience because of Thaddeus’ willingness to work for the customer.

This was the first time I had been to the dealership for service on my 2018 Equinox which I purchased in May. Doreen Myers, Service Advisor ,was the name of the employee I dealt with. They took my car in on time. I needed clarification regarding exactly what they were going to do and help with some of the car's technology. She explained everything and set a couple things for me. She was welcoming, cheerful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

From the 1st day we walked into city we have been very pleased with the employees.The service dept has been super also. Everyone has went above and beyond. We have and would recommend to others with no problems what so ever. A big thanks to everyone.

Went out if their way to locate the truck I wanted. Once they located it, sent a driver to get it right away. Once it got back to the dealership, they added the accessories I requested. Took delivery on this truck two days later! Great service, and appreciation for their customers.
