We had a great experience with City Ford!! I loved the vehicle I traded in. We test drove the 2020 Expedition. Yes I loved it but, had no intentions on buying it. To make the deal I told them what I needed (it was not unrealistic). They made it happen. Chad and Joe were GREAT to deal with. Saleman Jimmy did a GREAT job working with me and listening to what I needed in a vehicle not trying to over sell to me. He allowed me take the vehicle home for the night to have someone look it over before buying it. I appreciate all the help making the final decision in the purchase. A little disappointed in the detailing of my car before leaving windows were terrible and I would have thought they could have filled the car up with gas or some free oil changes as a Promo or appreciation

Promptly picked up my car from place where breakdown occurred at no charge. Assessed damage and gave me accurate estimate of cost and repair time. Was ready next afternoon. Travis my adviser is always honest and concious of my budget.
