Merlin made buying a car a easy experience. With having another dealership sell us a car then 2 weeks later say they were deciding not to finance us, we were in a very tight spot and Merlin bent over backwards to help us get into a vehicle, with a low down payment. Yvonne was very friendly and very thorough when going over the contract. They warranty on the vehicle has to be the best one I have come across yet! They definitely made us feel at ease. Will definitely consider buying another car here when it comes time to purchase again.

Great place to go to get a car! I had Rod he was wondering at helping me find a car that I fell in love with! He was nice to talked to willing to answer any questions I had about anything he always had a answer for them. If you ever need a car with low mileage go to auto credit USA in Columbia city and ask for rod he will help you find the right one that you will love!

I bought a car almost a week ago and have been loving it ever since. I was nervous about the whole process of buying a car (being it was my first time). I got in touch with Karl, and he helped explain the whole process. He helped figure out what cars I got approved for and made sure I was happy with the vehicle I chose! Yvonne was super nice and very informative of the what to expect being a first time buyer as well. These people are awesome and made my first time a breeze instead nerve racking. If you has less than great credit, I would recommend giving them a call!

Rod and Yvonne where the ones that helped me. Really nice and friendly people. They give you a printout of all work they done to it including price they put into it. In my case some more was done to my Jeep Liberty and they paid the bill. Even ordered a replacement part for it.nnMy experience was very satisfying ud83dude01.nnThank you,nChris

It was a great experience. I'm so happy i have my very own car its awesome. Its my first vehicle, all my questions were answered and it was a very low down payment and that was all I paid. I love my new car and i am very appreciative of the help and the ease of the process. Thank you all so much!
