With having another dealership sell us a car then 2 weeks later say they were deciding not to finance us, we were in a very tight spot and Merlin bent over backwards to help us get into a vehicle, with a low down payment. Yvonne was very friendly and very thorough when going over the contract. They warranty on the vehicle has to be the best one I have come across yet! They definitely made us feel at ease. Rod and Yvonne where the ones that helped me. Really nice and friendly people. They give you a printout of all work they done to it including price they put into it.
