If I specifically order a pour-over dark roast coffee, I expect to be given exactly that. I just ordered a pour-over coffee that always takes about 5 minutes to make. I went to the checkout lane and paid for 2 items and returned to Starbucks about 3 minutes later. And there sits my coffee. Hmmm....no pour-over equipment sitting out and the coffee smells like its 2 days old. When I questioned the barista, she denied it. This is a coffee I order frequently. I know they were lying to me. It is physically impossible to set up the equipment, make this drink, clean the equipment, and then put it away in 3 minutes. Very very disappointed. Not sure I will go back.....
