Getting the order right depends on what day you order & the kitchen crew scheduled that day. Mistakes like forgetting to add lettuce & tomato on sandwiches, for example. Asking for extra sauce on wings has gotten me less. If you want the sandwich to match the picture, buy 2 and reconstruct into one. Pizzas have been fine, no matter what day you feast. Bread sticks usually stale; not old stale, but prebaked & and reheated to sit hours under a heat lamp. Accompanying marinara cold. Basically fast food techniques, but that may be a corporate issue opposed to this particular local.

My pizza had no shortage of toppings. It was hot and ready within a minute of what I was told. And where else can two people get full (w/good food) for $10. Crust a bit different though.

I ordered a pizza online in the morning so it could be picked up at 7 pm that evening and my wife was told to pull off to the side and they would bring it out. 18 minutes later she had to go up to see if they forgot about her and it still wasn’t ready. Last time we go to Monticello, Indiana Pizza Hut.
