I retained Mr. Philips as my attorney in 2017 when I notice Patrick Harrington's office was switching out prosecuting attorneys in my case. Mr. Philips knee what Mr. Harrington was doing was utterly a violation of legal ethics and rules. Mr. Philips allowed it to happen also Mr. Philips never discussed my case with me EVER! He is a great guy but as a lawyer he is corrupt as. Mr. Harrington. He took my money and did nothing for my case. Watchout everyone

Excellent lawyer. Staff is very friendly and always smiling. I would recommend for any type of case just be patient lawyers are busy.

He did the best he could, considering he was representing me in Pulaski County Indiana. The case was drummed up by two people owing me money. They let him know he wasn't welcome in this county. By that i mean Attorney Dan Murphy. Pulaski County Court operates differently than any court in Indiana. I am 66 and never did anything but help people who i will now call deadbeats.Not even a speeding ticket, but there is another person with same last name who has been in trouble with law. At first they assumed i was her. Also very dishonest person in Superior Court. Should of been fired when the Judge was. We call it the Winamac mafia. Thanks to Mr. Phillips for keeping my name clean and having balls.
