The service department is phenomenal. But have a problem with the service car provided for a recall on my car. The Service car that was provided did not meet the same quality as my car that was taken in to be fixed. They even knew of this a week and 1/2 in advance. I got a car that was a year older than the one I currently drive and was no where near the quality of my car. I feel this isn’t a very good way to treat a customer. Highly disappointed. I also feel that If you are a good dealership, you would have an opportunity to sell another car by providing a car that is equal or higher value not down grading me.n~The Corbin Family.

Took my fiancée’s care there on Monday they called me and told me what they found so we said fix it and they said it should be done by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest called them Wednesday they said oh we need more parts so it’ll be tomorrow morning and then they never called and never called finally I called and they need a new plug cause something chewed on the wires why didn’t the mechanic see that in the beginning of the take apart. I thought about going to them for my next purchase but if the sales is like the service I’ll go deal with Steve at Jim Dobson’s in Winamac
