Not enough people working cash registers
I called the store manager to put a complaint in about the service desk. I tried to return a comforter with a receipt of the exact same value and instead of putting it on a gift card they put it back on my debit card which takes two days at least to come back into my bank account and they made me re-pay. If I didn’t have the money in my account I would not been able to buy another comforter. The store manager told me that that is how they have always done it and that is not correct if they did not exchange it straight out they put it on a gift card. I explained that I am 49 years old I’ve been shopping at Walmart for years I know how this is done he said he does not care how old I am that he knows how it’s done I cannot believe the rudeness from a store manager. Now I have to watch my account for two days to make sure my $60 is returnedud83dude15

Jeff Fuller in electronics helped me order a book. He was so awesome in helping me order this book and went beyond to find it on internet. I really was impressed with him and his willingness to help me, the customer. I would like for him to get acknowledgment for doing this.
Love this Walmart. Came here to buy a new phone. Samsung a20, on sale for like 150. Awesome phone. Can't go wrong with Walmart.
