Confusingly the door says you need to wear a mask but the staff are uniformly NOT masking properly. The waitress argued with us when we politely asked her to wear her mask properly. We left and went to another restaurant. Someone else can have our business.
I called the Wabash pizza Hut to place an order. I tried to order half Black and green Olives and cheddar cheese And the other half cheddar Cheese for the topping. As this totally confused the manager taking the order. She said she just had never done it this way before. So then I asked if they had a special on wings. She informed me that they had a special 60 cent wings bone out tonight. Then ask me About my pizza again still being confused as cheddar for a topping. Said I can't believe I have to do this again so then I started from the beginning and told her how we wanted our pizza. As I started with the toppings again the phone went dead because she hung up on me.. I went into the Pizza Hut and ask to speak to the manager and got the manager who hung up on me. I did not raise my voice I did not curse I was not Rude. She stated her boss is on vacation. So Pizza Hut if you're reading this you're call said recorded for quality assurance I sure you I did not cuss or speak rudely please listen to your recording and get this manager straightened out. And maybe you can Explain to her what a topping is. So she doesn't get confused and hang up again.
Do something with your app...we have put more than enough money into your corporation in order to get the rewards we do. He got ripped off wasnt honored something they ran out of THEN really made his upset after the phone call to local store. Why even have such rewards if you can not honor your own system
Always good service and good food at Wabash Pizza Hut. We drive from Marion specifically to enjoy ourselves here
