5 stars isn't enough to explain how pleased I am with their service! I was traveling for work when my car broke down. Made 1 phone call and was treated like family within minutes had it set up for a tow. Next morning at 9 am got a call saying what was wrong it would be ready at noon!!! Thats what I call service!!!

I recently bought a car from them. It was suppose to have all new brakes and have been fully inspected. After just a week, I had to put new wheels and tires on it due to the ones on it being bent on the back side where I couldn’t see. It was also “inspected by the top mechanic” to have no issues. I got it inspected today and the rear brakes are 20%, valve covers leaking and both struts are bad. The guy was nice and easy to deal with, just be cautious of buying a vehicle.

Have needed towed twice in a month. Both times gave Rick's a chance to earn my business. Neither time answered any of my calls. Only once was it after business hours. If you're gonna advertise 24 hour towing live up to it.

Jason was very helpful. We were coming from Indianapolis and our car started to make a winding noise so we stopped in and he came out even though they we're close and listen and gave us advice. Thanks Jason!
