H&R Block

I seem to only have to spend 45 to 1 hour to be completor this is my 2nd year they did great the 1st time so I came back instead going to a company I always used, I get a very personal experience, I see whats being put in.

I am literally there for not even a half hour, and you want to charge almost $350.00!! Highway robbery if you ask me. If it wasn't for the wonderful ladies that work at the H&R black local office, I would just go somewhere else and or do them myself since I file easy form. I have been going to your business for my taxes since I was in my teens. No all I see is greed to make a easy dollar. The wonderful staff made it right and adjusted. They were such a great staff and understood my frustration. They were so helpful and so kind. True professionals, maybe H&R block could learn something from their employees.
