I found a car listed on Cargurus at Tipton Auto Sales. I drove by to check it out and stopped to get a closer look. Phillip came out of the office to offer assistance. He knew a lot about the car ('07 Mustang convertible) and suggested I take a test drive. Absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics. My mother was with me and Phillip was very kind and courteous to her. The test drive went GREAT. I called my wife, Phillip helped me with financing and I picked up the car the next day! Sharon went over all the paperwork with me then handed over the keys. Included a 3 month/3000 mile powertrain warranty for piece of mind. Great place to buy a vehicle. I'll definitely be back!

Inquired about specific condition regarding a vehicle with Philip and was not provided with an honest and accurate response. Drove over 4 hours ONE WAY to look at, and ready to purchase, the vehicle and only spent 5 minutes there because the condition of the vehicle had numerous blemishes that were not relayed to me. In a photo of the front end, I asked if there was a dent/crease in the front bumper that looked to be present and was told that it wasn't. Low and behold, there was not only a dent/crease, but a gouge out of the plastic. Would never consider paying the price that was being asked for a vehicle in that condition. Very dishonest sales practices in providing accurate and truthful assessment of the vehicle.

Tipton Auto Sales has done me no wrong . They have helped me out not once but twice . They are really nice people and they help you out when you think you dont have anything good going on. They also helped my Daughter out . The sales person went in on Sunday on his day off and helped her out.
