STAR Financial Bank

Manager is completely rude, services lag and then are blamed on account holder. A lady inside was helping me and helping my mother but didn’t know we were related and she started rolling her eyes and making fun of my mother. Switching banks I recommend any bank in tipton over Star. Services are like pulling teeth

I do not bank here, but have cashed a check. The lobby is very clean and modern, especially compared to other nearby banks. They do cash Star Bank issued checks, even if you don't have an account, for a small fee of $3.00. The tellers were friendly and weren't overly pushy about opening an account. If I were looking for a new bank, I'd recommend them based on customer service alone.

They are a great bank they are not rude they have great customer service that Trevor guy has no idea what he's talking about
