Anytime I get anything in the mail I send it directly to Zack and I’m always met with a helpful resolution. The one thing you don’t want to mess with is the IRS and knowing that we have help in our corner is a huge sense of relief.

Zack and team are easy to work with and without a doubt experts in all things accounting. I would give an extra star if I could.

In over 20 years of getting taxes prepared by a CPA, this is the first year its taken 21 days to have my taxes prepared. Always handled taxes in a one hour appointment. Poor communication from person taking my tax info and no follow up in getting taxes completed. They claimed they are just a busy office. So I know they are too busy to offer good service. Look elsewhere.
