Terrible shipping... 2 weeks and still haven’t ship

Able to shop for as long as want without being asked if I need help (not being bothered is a huge plus for me). When I do ask about something they're very prompt and helpful. They have an excellent setup with their clothing recycling deal and I've had no problems using the coupons for that.

Thee most wackiest boring clothing store. I don’t know what’s up with this particular H&M store here in Lafayette. It’s the worst, they have amazing outfits for your grandma or a teacher.

I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. Quality of the clothing is decent, but for the price you're paying it's pretty good. The one downside is when you find something you like, and new merchandise comes out and they discontinue that product. I guess it's something out of their control. Other than that the staff is always friendly, sometimes a little hard to find but always friendly and the store is clean.

Great store, great staff, got me some money off.
