I just went to Louie's Tux Shop in the Lafayette Indiana Tippecanoe mall and I have to say, it was a million times better than anything I was expecting. I went there feeling rushed and worried because the suit I had ordered for my wedding was ruined, and I left there with no worries regarding my suit, and how I was going to look at my wedding, whatsoever. The attendant who helped us, Blair, was amazing. I don't know what she is being paid but she deserves a raise. She was extremely professional, kind, and made the whole experience extremely easy and enjoyable for me. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Louie's for any future events.
Excellent staff and service! Everyone was friendly and handled a couple small changes easily and efficiently. I recommend Louie's over the alternatives that we investigated - Louie's came out the clear winner and did not disappoint!
Absolute worst tux rental experience ever. Person doing the fitting didn’t know what she was doing. I asked several questions on fit and she said don’t worry, we have a perfect fit guarantee. Went to pick up tux had wrong shoes, pants way too short, no tie. Didn’t have right shoes or tie available right away. Had to take the tie off the mannequin and clean up a pair of shoes in the back. Had to return to pick up different items. Would never rent again.
