My family has used Gerber Collision & Glass (Twin City Repair) now for 15+ years. They do high quality work, backed by lifetime warranty. The reason we keep coming back... customer service. Hands down, best place for that. When you feel like you are being treated right, kept in the loop, and have work done at a good cost, that's what will keep the customers coming back! The guys there handle everything...even the insurance companies.

My car has been carefully repaired. I am satisfied with this. However, two things make me very unhappy.nn1. Gerber called me first to tell me that the insurance company refused to repair the hydraulic lifts of my car. Then, I called the insurance company, which told me that Gerber said the lifts were not broken by the collision because the striking point is not high enough to break the lifts. This is definitely not true. The hitting at the bottom of a triangle definitely can lead to the broken of its top. At least, Gerber should ask me first. Finally, I check the price of the lifts, which only cost 15$. So I decided to replace them by myself. I wish they can fix my car quickly because it is really a minor crash and they do not need to place an order for auto parts. But it still takes 9 days to get my car back.nn2. The insurance company told me the repair shop will come to my home and tow my car away. When I called Gerber, I was told that I need to drive the car to Gerber. I can accept this if this is their rule. When I left Gerber, they clearly told me that I don't need to come back to the repair shop to take my car and they will send my car back to my home. However, today, Gerber asked me to take my car by myself. They finally agree to send my car after I strongly insist on this.

Had a work truck repaired here after someone side swiped it while it was parked. Repair was excellent, and handling insurance and getting a rental pickup truck was easy. Had to go back for a minor issue with a trim piece being loose, and they were able to fix it on the spot at no additional cost.
