Bought tires on line set up appt to have them put on truck to be told when we went in that they would not fit. Yes they did had to take truck to tire barn they put them on and said Walmart didn't know what they were talking about. Will not be going there for tires plus management very rude

Arrived at 1PM, just for a tire change. I was informed it would be a one and a half hour wait. I was here for over two hours before they even got my truck in the bay. Then another 45 minutes before it was done. This is the worst experience I've had at this location

Service is incredibly slow. You wait way too long just to talk to somebody and see how long an oil change is going to take (which usually ends up being a few hours). The staff usually seems overwhelmed. The person at the front counter is doing way too much.nnI would suggest more employees for this department. I would also suggest having a reservation system. That way a customer could schedule it and drop it off at the appropriate time and pick it up at the estimated completion time. I think that would be much more efficient and customers would spend less time waiting.

Short story- Arrived at Walmart 12:43pm, checked out at 3:11pmnnI was giving them the benefit of the doubt due to the fact they are the only Wal-Mart auto center open between three Wal-Marts in the area. The other two locations are temporarily closed.nnThis is a timeline which sums up the issue with their speed. I got in line to check in my truck for an oil change and a tire rotation at 12:43pm. Three people in front of me in line.nnTruck was checked in at 12:59pm, associate said it would be a 45-60min wait with two vehicles in front of me before they could start my oil change.nnI shopped the store for 80 minutes, waiting on a page to return to pickup, but decided to head back and see what’s going on.nnI saw my vehicle was just pulling into the oil changing bay...nnMy truck was returned to the parking lot approx 30 mins later. I got back in line and inquired if it was completed. They said it would be another 15 minutes to get the trucks tire rotation started.nnI told them to cancel the rotation and I’m ready to pay. The associate paged another person to the counter and left into the service bays. Another 22 minutes of them looking for my keys, then trying to pay with a Walmart Visa gift card which they couldn’t figure out.. I told them just forget it..nnFinal receipt stated 3:11PM 8/15/2020 at checkout..
