First Merchants Bank ATM

I was having a rough day dealing with a bank that I no longer deal with. Went into this branch to open up a new account Kendall was more than willing to help and made me getting a new account quick and easy. I'm glad I made the switch and had the wonderful help with the two accounts I set up along with making sure I was set up for e statements and online banking. Again thank you.

The staff are SO friendly and helpful and don’t act like you’re ruining their day like other branches of LBT do. They’re also very quick.nI had a tricky banking situation when I lived overseas for nearly 4 years and they were always so kind and helpful.

The local staff is great!! However the connection to a larger entity, First Merchants, caused me a great deal of pain. I ended up closing my account.

The Valley Lakes staff are great!
