Enjoyed the friendliness of Rachael and loved how helpful she was.

We have not been into Jackson Hewitt since 2014 but it is not due to their knowledge or great customer service. For us it boils down to cost, we are able to file online through a diffrent company at a fraction of the cost. However the employeese at this location have always been helpful and very knowledgeable in the previous years we've gone to them for our tax preperation needs
